going into water makes player exit sneaking

going into water while crouching causes the player to uncrouch

• to replicate:
  1. place water on ground
  2. sneak on dry ground
  3. sneak into the water
• what happens: the player stops sneaking until you press shift again
• what should happen: the player should continue sneaking
