PS4 mineplex server (Unclaim not working)

Tiokin PC and Zaethus on PlayStation 4

I went on Minecraft as Zaethus on PS4 Minecraft loged in as Zaethus Microsoft User Account. I wanted to see and test it out how the servers were working. I decided to look for a server on minecraft that had survival in it. I played for a hour on skyblock. Then I went searching for a good Survival part of the servers. I went on Mineplex when I realized they had a better Survival play. So I know how claims work on the PC but I don't know how they work on the PlayStation 4. So I go on and start mining dirt. After a few mins of playing I realized they had Claims in the game. So I tried to see how far one claim was from the other. I came across this error, I realized when I set my claim. I wasn't allowed to unclaim it. No option opens up to unclaim it. I am not sure how big my claim is or anything. On PC they have blocks showing how big your claim is. I would tap the Command Block looking thing that brought up, "View claims." I would press it and go to try to delete my 2 claims under Zaethus user nothing would happen or appear. It would just exit the window. I would repeat but nothing happens Are you the one fixing up the main servers on PS4? or should I be asking Mineplex? I am confused.
