Outdated Drivers Bug

Game says my drivers are outdated, but my version of Minecraft is updated and my Windows laptop. I don't know if this affects joining friends but I don't understand why this shows up. I don't have Ray Tracing enabled. I checked the game's settings a few times carefully to make sure if everything was OK, and I checked my Windows drivers and nothing needs to be updated. This is very weird and I don't know what to do, is it a game glitch from the new update, is my Minecraft broken, or is my laptop no longer able to join friends?
