Can’t take off a soul speed boots after walking in soul sand/soil

Can’t take off the soul speed enchanted boots after walking on soul soil/sand.

How to reproduce

Enchant the boots with Soul speed 3 and walk in the soul sand valley

after using it for about 5 minutes it won’t let you take off the boots like it have curse of binding on them.
