Bug of Move from server to server

Before(ver 0.11.x)
1. Join A(Server).
2. Move from A to B.
3. Logout A.

After(ver 0.12.x)
1. Join A.
2. Move from A to B.
3. NOT Logout A.

I can see a player who is in A.
I can see the A chat in the B.

Server uses the PocketMine-MP.
And using the Plugin: FastTransfer(https://github.com/shoghicp/FastTransfer)

P.S: This behavior occurs at any time
