Minecraft Windows 10 (PC) is stuck on red screen

So while ago I was watching Youtube on Friday 12/11 and I saw 1.16.200 was released so I wanted to play some good old windows 10 bedrock Minecraft until I saw the logo and after that, I saw the red screen after the logo screen but instead of going to the loading screen it stays on the red screen and kept on blinking every 5 seconds black screen and after that, I thought it was just a quick small bug but after 10 minutes it still was stuck on the red screen and kept blinking black screen every 5 seconds after that I stopped and restart my pc and it still didn't work please do something about this I really want to play some good old Minecraft. I tried to attach a video but it wouldn't show the Minecraft tab.
