When I change texture pack it deletes netherite amour from being crafted

I changed my resource pack and now I can't craft netherite amour or tools. My netherite isn't deleted but I can no longer craft amour or tools even after restarting the game and turning the switch off complete it still doesn't fix the issue. The resource pack i changed to was made by mojang: natural texture pack
