Switch - Realms and Marketplace won't load.

I run a realm with around 15 players.  Since the 1.16 update, our mobs freeze in place, villagers won't breed, and now...I can't even connect to the realm.  My internet is fast and working great...so I know it's not that.  

 

I'm just getting a "We can't connect to realms right now. Please check your internet connection." 

 

I'm paying for this service and would love to get it resolved!!
