Multiple Issues

My Iron farm (despite while building the thing it was spawning golems left and right) isn't working, my creeper farm isn't working at all. I have copies of these farms in other worlds and they work perfectly fine. It takes forever to load random actions i take like opening my invintory, opening a chest/shulker, placing blocks, interacting with villagers, interacting with furnaces and other related objects. From time to time, what you see in that video happens. I haven't came across all of these problems until the last 2 updates.
