Minecraft is slower now with the Renderdragon Engine

Ever since I updated to 1.16.200, I've been experiencing some issues with gameplay. For example, there's some delay with the mouse movement, and also I've gotten fps drops that I didn't have before updating.

I've also talked to some of my friends about this and all of them agree that this update has those issues to them as well.

I wanted to try out the beta (1.16.210.51) to see if the issues are still there, but I haven't done it; will probably try later.

My PC is an Intel Core i5-6500T @ 2.5GHz, 8 GB of DDR4 RAM, and Intel HD Graphics 530. (LOL I know it's not even close to a budget gaming PC but why is perfomance different than previous versions?).
