I downloaded Minecraft Windrows 10 on my laptop. It worked last Sat. Today it won't work. It launches and reaches the red screen and then nothing happens... it's just a blank red screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but no changes...

Minecraft is not launching.

 

I purchased it last weekend.  On Sat it worked fine.  Today it is not launching.  It opens up and is stuck on a blank red screen.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the programme but the same thing has happened.... it's just a blank red screen.

 

Can you advise what the issue is?
