My minecraft worlds and skins will not load and my internet is on

I've been having this issue since the new update, I've deleted minecraft and reinstalled it but nothing seems to work, I'm logged into my Microsoft account and my internet is connected, I'm not having any trouble on any of my other apps just minecraft, please find a way to fix this bug.
