Skins will not load, not my purchased ones or ones I can buy. Ever sense ps4 bedrock update.

Any time I attempt to switch from the classic Steve skin to any of my previously purchased skins or open the store to buy some, it just doesn't load, it sits there saying loading no matter how long I wait. Have reinstalled 5x nothing has worked.
