Unable to connect to LAN world

We have tried everything, Xbox live account to make sure that multiplayer is on. Deleted and reinstalled Minecraft. Updated the app. We even reset the router of the WiFi. When we can connect to the world, there is a LAN next to the world, now it just says joinable friends. For some reason it’s been like this for weeks. We just got the 1.16.201 hot fix and the same issue, but for my phone only. I used window 10 on my laptop and it worked. I don’t have any of my worlds on there so there wasn’t really and point. It might be just my phone maybe? I don’t know what to do.
