The Menu Doesn't Load

After the 1.16.200 update rolled around, the menu wouldn't load. Still shows nether panorama in background, and the menu buttons still work to an extent. I managed to blindly log in to a realm, and the world warped around me in 30-70 degree corners, just textured walls and clips of parts of the world i didn't know existed.

 

I have factory reset my laptop, manually installed multiple drivers (I'm moderately computer illiterate, so i may have missed one), and restarted my computer multiple times after. I don't think it's a microsoft account error because it still works on my phone. Thank you for your time.
