Enchanted Books, Lodestone Compass and Bottle o'Enchanting has white border when moved around the inventory

When you moved the mentioned items in the inventory by shift-clicking, it has white border for a moment it moves into another inventory slot.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Get those mentioned items
2. Move them around the inventory by shift-clicking it.

Observed Results
It has white border when being moved around the inventory

Expected Results
It should not have.
