I see grey skys

in my mine craft world sometimes the sky turns grey like it is about to rain but when I look down it shows that it is just a normal day.  it is grey sky and a normal day combined because they sky is grey and the clouds are the same it is normal just the sky gets glitched sometime when when I look at it.
