Doesn't load Minecraft

Minecraft not even loading loading screen in 1.16.200, it "loads" a red background, and then just flashed black and red. I have had to downgrade back to 1.16.100 to continue playing. Pls fix, my friends cant join my world unless they downgrade too. Due to the fact that the "title screen" wouldnt even load, I'm not sure if its my pc not being good enough or a software issue. I tried redownloading, same issue happened.
