texture packs cursor having a black box around it

Sense the new update 1.16.200 a black box has appear in texture packs made by the community and I don't know about the shop but I think that to could you please help us and do a small little update so I can play without a black box around my cursor oh and by the way the only thing that does not a have a black box is the default texture pack. and the sky is bug
