Still can't play with friends when on mobile data

I've been playing since the 1.13 aquatic update this bug wasn't a big of a deal till now I am getting so low that I just can't play with my friends (when on mobile data) you can't have WiFi laying around you always it is a pocket edition which means yous should be able to play from anywhere please I am kindly asking you to fix this and I hope you do it quickly THANK YOU !!!
