No shader works anymore for version 16.200

After the new update(16.200) every shader I´ve used before stopped working. I tested the Esbe_2g, the Parallax Shader and mutiple others but none of them works. I play on a selfbuilt pc with a AMD Ryzen 3 cpu and a GTX 1660 Gpu. It also doesn´t work for my friends who play on Ipad(2018) and Microsoft Surface Pro 6 devices.
