VR - Snap turning no longer working

This report is specific to VR on Oculus Rift S on PC (Windows 10)

After upgrading to 1.16.200 comfort snap turning setting is no longer working and smooth rotation is the only rotation that works. Changing the setting in the menu makes no difference as the setting is not respected by the game.

This issue makes VR on PC rather unplayable for the majority of VR players as most will require the comfort setting in order to not feel ill.  I've been playing MC VR for many years and tried the smooth rotation a number of times, but it results in nausea after a very short time.

Can you please fix this as it makes 1.16.200 pretty unusable?
