Stuck at 95%

When installing an update for the game that came out just a few days ago, once it installed I tried opening the games multiple times and it wouldn't open, so I uninstalled and tried to reinstall, when reinstalling it pauses at 95% then it restart and the size goes from 500mb to 80mb, and it again pauses at 95%, and it will restart the download by itself once or twice then just cancel, please help me solve this issue,
