When my cross platform friends try to join my world Minecraft world they get disconnected.

When my cross platform friends try to join my Nintendo Switch Minecraft world they get disconnected and the screen says locating server and i cant show them my world because of this glitch. (P.S my friends are both on pc and i don't know if playing split screen has anything to do with this)
