Bug Radeon r9 Menu Graphics missing

updated to 1.16.200 the game loads but the menus are not showing.

 

i have a Radeon r9 200 series. updated and rol-ebacked the diver to check op. also disabled the GPU and the game does work.

 

the game worked on my GPU with 1.16.100

 

all windows updates done
