Cannot get past loading screen.

Whenever I open Minecraft PE I cannot get past the loading screen. 

I am not the only one experiencing this issue, many others using different operating systems are experiencing this issue.

The only way for me to get past learning screen is to uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it.

Please fix
