Menu and loading issues

Hello, I am having various issues with the game menus ...
I am unable to join a multiplayer game of a switch friend, I have a load that never ends and ends in a crash.
Same problem with many menus which crash, in the start menu or in game ...
I have too an issue about skins, who don't load and I see Steve or Alex for my friends when I host a map
