world backups

after troubleshooting with Microsoft as I was unable to access the game, was told that uninstalling and reinstalling would not delete my worlds. after that did not help and I looked at these forums today this workaround worked flawlessly, with the exception of all of my windows 10 worlds missing, how would I restore a previous version with the worlds
