Minecraft Bug- startup loading screen

So when I try to get into Minecraft it loads for along time I've bin waiting her for atleast one hour now it is always at the same little spot. I tried shutting my Xbox down and plugging the Xbox back in and out of the power and Still it did nothing Please help thanks
