Cape broken

The issue has affected me and my friends, I often play on mobile and they play on nintendo switch, but my orange 2019 cape stopped appearing in my inventory.  I took it off of my character to try on the pancake cape and when I went to put the orange one back on I was no longer able to put it on because it was not in my inventory.
