The villagers are flying all over the place and are invisible sometimes

I have been working with villagers recently and sometimes when they go to bed they start flying all over the place but it is a visual glitch and when I sleep they go back to normal. but sometimes I sleep and I wake up and they are invisible and have to relog. please could you look into this.
