MCPE-110127Wither skeletons don't spawn inside of wither roses
How to reproduce:
1: Download and enter the world Without Wither rose.
2: Afk for 2 to 7 minutes.
Observed Results in world Without Wither Rose.mcworld
: Wither Skeletons are able to spawn.
3: Download and enter the world With Wither Rose.
4: Afk for 2 to 7 minutes.
Observed Results in world With Wither Rose: Wither Skeletons don't spawn inside of wither roses, while other mobs such as Zombified Piglin and Magma Cubes can.
This not the case in Java Edition, were this is bug was fixed in 20w21a MC-182743
