Kindle Fire for Kids unable to create a new world.

I am unable to create new worlds with Fire HD 8 Kids Edition.  The error states "There was a problem loading this world."  This is happening on both of my kid's Fire HD 8 devices.  I have updated to the 16.2 version and continue to have issues.
