Suffocating in Ceiling Blocks (Realm)

After Updating to 1.16.200, During my First visit to a friends updated realm, I could jump into the ceiling block of a 2 high space in the over world and walk into a block 1 high off the floor. The ceiling block would release me after a short period in the block but the 1 high block would deal damage until you got out.

1 high block was configured like this from the side, was a 1 wide setup, and I walked into the white circle.
