Some Devices Need A Lot Of Time to Enter Minecraft,World's,Creating Worlds,etc

Before these updates mobile players can enter Minecraft perfectly just need to wait 1Minute But after these updates some mobile players need a lot of time to enter Minecraft,Creating Worlds,etc..

Everything need a lot of time to enter
