minecraft I'm having a delay / "input delay"

why after the update of minecraft win10 to 1.16.200, my minecraft even delay really, starting from the mouse delay and that's the mouse I tried in minecraft java was not delayed, It's all right. and also every put stuff why delay,... please mojang please fix.... I can not play PVP if like this . . . Thank...
