Gui missing or glitched in 1.16.20002.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft
2. Wait for loading screen to finish then there's a flash and the GUI is missing or glitched.

Mostly it is missing

After about 5 times of opening and closing the game you get a glitched view where moving the mouse around makes glitched GUI jump around
