V-Sync Toggle Broken and Input Lag

As soon as I jumped into a world after updating, I noticed a large amount of mouse delay. My framerate is now capped at my monitor's refresh rate, despite the V-Sync toggle being disabled in the config. This is only an issue in full screen, playing the game in a window unlocks the framerate, but still has more input lag than 1.16.100.
