"Input Delay" Bedrock 1.16.200

The game is very unplayable, my inputs have too much delay, I don't know if it's because of the new version but I haven't install anything weird into Bedrock, I thought it was due to a new function with RTX but I don't have those graphics card, so I´m not sure what is it.
