Title screen and main menu buttons not loading making the game unplayable!

As of the 1.16.200.2 update 12/8/2020 the Title Screen for me was not shown but oddly the game was running! This glitch was not happening to others that i knew had win 10. The glitch makes the game unplayable for me! and also theres a little series of grey pixels near the top left of the screen and sometimes theres a "Y" on top of them.
