Wing gone from Ender Dragon Skin

The wings from the Ender Dragon Skin have mystusly disappeared after an update. This is the skin I use almost all the time. Im prety sure the wings act as a cape directly tied to that skin. Please fix this, I dont want to be a wingless dragon.
