Unbearable Lag

When I join a multilayer game Lan, server/realm or a friend. My minecraft drops to 2fps. The Fps is not effected by : Connection I have a great connection sometimes even at full signal bars and WiFi. And not effected by any settings I have lowered my chunk loading distance and fancy graphics and to no change still (i changed every setting i though could effect the lag).

I have asked my cousin on a diffrent device (also tablet, thesame version, thesame everything except device. And he also has thesame issue since the 2 recent updates. 

 

Please help 🙏 super sad I can't play multilayer properly.
