Minecraft for Windows 10 won't load, just flickers Red and Black.

Hello, everyone.

There is a bug in Minecraft and I don't know how to fix it.
One of my friends tried giving me suggestions on reloading it but that doesn't work.

The bug happens when booting up Minecraft on the PC. It gives you a white screen and then the bug flickers red and black, over and over, and over. And it doesn't even show the Mojang Studio logo at all.

I don't have any proof at all, since I have no good cameras and capture software.

Please help, I would appreciate it.
