failed report

When loading my behavior pack onto a world, its stuck at its current form permanently, I have to make a brand new world every time I change a line of code. I already tried refreshing Minecraft by minimizing it, restarting the world, re-enabling the behavior pack and restarting Minecraft completely. (nvm)
