Can't browse for custom skin with restricted profile Android user

1. Log onto device as a "Restricted profile" Android user
2. Start Minecraft PE
3. Options screen
4. Skins tab
3. "Custom" skin button: Text is floating, doesn't respond to taps at all.
I have not noticed any other problems with running Minecraft PE as a restricted Android user.

If I log onto the device as an "Owner" Android user, it works fine (custom area can be tapped and a custom PNG image can be selected from the photos directory).
