Stuck on Generating World page

Often when I’m creating a world or going into one I’ve already created, it gets stuck on the Generating World screen. This is very frustrating and I haven’t been able to get into most of my worlds. Although this only happens to certain worlds and some other worlds it loads immediately, I don’t know why.
