There is no custom modded terrain

So in the new hotfix update (1.16.101) I go to world settings and turn on custom terrain and modding capabilities, when I load up the world the modding capabilities work but the custom terrain doesn’t and I’m not sure if their is a way to fix this or if I just have to deal with it someone help.
