Problemas con un artículo Problems with an article

I had a 2019 minecon cape and apparently it was "exclusive" I had it and I was happy, I didn't use it but I had it and all of a sudden it disappeared, it went off my account, and I don't know if it's a bug and that's why I'm here, someone knows what to do? Tenía una capa minecon 2019 y aparentemente era "exclusiva" la tenía y estaba feliz, no la usaba pero la tenía y de repente desapareció, se salió de mi cuenta, y no sé si es un error y por eso estoy aquí, alguien sabe qué hacer?
