Placing an enchanted bow in a furnace removes the enchantments

Putting an enchanted bow in the bottom slot of a furnace and taking it out again will remove the enchantments. I lost an Infinity I Power IV Unbreaking III bow this way when I meant to press coal instead of my bow. Very annoying!
