Suffocating when joining someone on multiplayer

Sometimes when joining a world, you 'Suffocate in a wall' while the world is loading. There is a is a similar bug where you can randomly loose health when walking down long distances on multiplayer (especially when the host is using a slower device. ) e.g. Walking down a long flight of stairs
